Peace, Love and Fashion - A successful combination.

Two birds? Two clever girls more like. Founding an innovative and successful business isn't always as easy as these girls made it look. When they launched their promising little business from of their creative studio in St Kilda, Melbourne, Steffani Eagles and Vanessa Partridge wanted to create a fashion label that would stop people in their tracks and gasp 'Where can I get that??' Now solely run by Steffani, the 2Birds label has grown by leaps and bounds, expanding into exclusive lounge room parties, an ever longer list of retailers, and an all new collection.

Steffani claims she is an accessories junkie - "more shoes than Imelda Marcos, and more belts and bags than my wardrobe allow…"

"It all began a couple of years ago when I made my girlfriends handbags as Christmas gifts… people stopped them in the street asking where they got their bag, so I decided to take it a step further and started selling them!"

Steffani's products are produced with specially sought out vintage fabrics, delicious Italian leathers and recycled treasures. Each piece belongs to a limited edition collection, each exclusive piece more gorgeous than the last. The latest collection from 2Birds is all about exciting colour and daring pattern. "Dove Love is fun, frivolous, sexy and confident. Combining a playful array of colourful leathers with a decadent mix of one off fabrics including old-school striped seersucker, bold geometrics, classic polka dots, romantic botanicals and the kitsch swirls of a recycled obi sash; they make each piece a statement in itself," Steffani says. Birds in the living room

Invite your flock of friends to a trademark 2Birds event in your own nest. The current collection can be viewed at a private showing where you can touch, feel, try, shop and even custom design your own piece. The host receives $100 toward a selection from the current collection. Steffani will bring the bubbles and you bring the birds - it's a great excuse to gather everyone together.
