Summer arrived early for the bronzed beauties that hit Casuarina Beach’s Sandbar to help celebrate the launch of Belinda Fairbanks’ new surf label, Children of the Sun.

Ignoring the dark clouds, sun lovers took the beach party indoors, lapping up a quintessential coastal experience with fish and chips and refreshing beverages.

Based on vintage 70’s and 80’s surf culture, Children of the Sun gives the free-spirited 14 to 28-year-old the opportunity to reflect her personality through a range of sweet and sexy dresses, tops, shorts and swimwear.

Eye-catching retro prints and sun bleached stripes, combined with bold colours and easy to wear designs helped Belinda create the Children of the Sun look, that can make an easy transition from a day at the beach to a night on the dancefloor.

Soft cottons and lightweight jersey make the trendy looks über comfortable.
