Pink Zebra joins the fashion royalty on High St Armadale.

The brainchild of fashion industry veteran Sarah Paykel, the first Pink Zebra store opened on Sydney’s Oxford Street in March 2006 and rapidly developed a cult following. A Chatswood Chase store opened soon after, paving the way for an interstate expansion which Sarah felt was the natural next step for her swiftly growing business.

“The High Street store was the obvious next step for Pink Zebra. Due to Melbourne’s colder climate, our unique range of cashmere and premium denim is perfect fit for the stylish Melbourne women.” says Sarah.

Step into the new Pink Zebra boutique to find the most delicious ranges of cashmere, denim and accessories. The cornerstone of the Pink Zebra range is the wide range of cashmere styles in 24 different colours under their own label, YUM. The YUM Cashmere range is supplemented by a cashmere offer from imported labels, Vince, Christopher Fischer and New Scotland.

“It is lighter, softer and warmer than wool, and the colours are so clear and fresh. Once you have worn it, it becomes a bit of an addiction!” Sarah says.

The range of premium US denim labels include Paige, True Religion, Seven for all Mankind, Joe’s Jeans, Antik Denim, Union and hot new labels Raven and Rich and Skinny. Pink Zebra is also the exclusive Australian stockist of a handpicked selection of Kate Spade handbags and accessories.

In signature Pink Zebra style, the High St boutique features stenciled floor boards, a hot pink carpet and beautiful lampshades and chairs. “I wanted to create a store environment that is inviting and feminine, but not intimidating – like the home of a stylish girlfriend”, says Sarah.
