We couldn't contain our excitement this morning when we learnt that today is International No Diet Day. 

The day is celebrated annually on May 6 in an attempt to empower people to be content with their bodies, no matter what size or shape.

We're going to take a guess and say that at least 90% of us have tried dieting, which means that we all know how much that it sucks.

So we thought we'd celebrate this fabulous day by throwing the diet out the window and drooling over photos of delicious foods.
