Over the last few years, it seems like everyone has fallen in a little bit in love with Jennifer Lawrence – or JLaw as she’s affectionately known – star of smash-hit films The Hunger Games and Silver Linings Playbook. And we totally get the appeal. I mean, who wouldn’t have a girl crush on someone who bounces back from (supposed) wardrobe malfunctions and multiple spills (remember that time when Jen stacked it at the Oscars?), with humour and a cheeky smile.
Oh, and did we mention that JLaw loves a good photo(bomb) op as much as the next person (SJP, she got you good)? We love her for that alone...
Another thing we heart about Jen is her killer style; she never fails to nail it, whether she’s walking the red carpet or rocking a casual look when she’s getting around town.
While the down-to-earth starlet’s off-duty wardrobe consists of cool, classic separates – think jeans, maxi skirts, cotton tanks and relaxed blazers, often teamed with ankle boots or oxfords, and wayfarer sunnies – her on-duty ensembles are all about looking glam and effortlessly chic. Whether the blonde bombshell is turning heads in a sultry, va-va-voom number or looks like the belle of the ball in a full-skirted fairytale-worthy dress, Jen gets it just right on the red carpet. Every. Single. Time.
One of our favourite JLaw looks is the fun, flirty Prabal Gurung outfit she wore to this year’s AFI Awards in Beverly Hills – it’s polished yet playful, and suits her to a tee.
