Trailers? Yes trailers.... you know, that flouncy fabric that falls behind your dress and makes dancing a challenge! What? It's called a train? Oh! okay trains. The Emmys was all about trains.  Geez.... there goes my joke down the plug hole. 

So! and moving on... what was hot and on trend on the carpet? Style that's what. From Mad Men's Kiernan Shipka in her youth appropriate ankle displaying oyster shimmer, to Mad Men's Teyonah Parris - an absolute knock out chartreuse skirt. To January Jones, a.k.a. Betty Draper Francis punking it up in Prabal Gurung - there are plenty of standout looks.
