Marcs will tomorrow (Aug 27) be celebrating a massive milestone, with the opening of their 80th store.
It will be the brand's largest retail outlet and is located in Pitt Street Sydney, where Marcs opened their first store in 1984 - talk about coming full circle!
The brand's new Creative Director, Nadia Jones, is launching her debut Spring Summer collection in conjunction with this super store opening.
“It’s a very exciting time for Marcs, expanding our brand into a flagship store is a fantastic achievement. We find that our customer’s love to see the full range in a large space," she said.
"The Marcs client really wants to shop our total collection and we are able to accommodate their needs in providing an amazing range of clothing and accessories.”
The new store is fabulous, with each of the two levels showcasing the Marcs Spring Summer collection.
The collection is all about statement pieces, bright colours and quirky pieces.
“Keeping our brand history alive is so important to Marcs. In 1979 Mark Keighery was all about colour and print, it’s great that we are able to preserve his vision in our designs today,” Jones said.
