First up, Lui Hon from Melbourne. Lui is a Malaysian-born graduate of Fashion Design at RMIT. Does he look familiar? Lui was a contestant on the first series of Project Runway Australia and gained attention for his sleek and classic design sense - in line with his philosophy that fashion should be timeless and functional. West 14th
Next up is West 14th, from Sydney. Designer Violeta Tentomas was formerly a buyer for Ralph Lauren before she decided to take the leap into creating her own collection, which has a primary focus on leather – the inspiration being timeless pieces with a twist that will make the wearer feel confident and empowered. Kahlo
Finally, there is Kahlo - also from Sydney. Kahlo is the creative vision of close friends Rachelle Sinclair and Fay Ogunbadejo founded in early 2011 – still in the very early stages of brand development it has won fans in Azaelia Banks, Rachael Taylor, Fashion Toast’s Rumi Neely, Isabelle Cornish, Phoebe Tonkin and Megan Washington.
