Are you strictly a silver kind of girl or is gold your go-to shade? Well, if there were ever a time to mix things up and try a new metallic tone on for size, that time would be now.
These days, it seems like everyone is taking a shine to statement-making iridescent shades. While classic gold and silver aren’t going anywhere in a hurry, they’re not the only metallic tints that have captured our (and probably your) eye.
This season, apparel and accessories in high-shine versions of vivid spring/summer tones (like pink, orange and aqua) and glittering pastels are also proving popular with stylish shoppers, as are pieces in gunmetal grey, copper, bronze, and our personal favourite: rose gold.
So why has rose gold snagged a special place in our hearts? Well, it’s fresh, feminine, modern and undeniably luxe, plus the warm blush-tinged metal goes with pretty much everything.
