On Thursday 23rd July 2015, Melbourne a la Mode will kick off its first ever pop up shop event with a fabulous night of fashion and fun at the VIP launch event. The VIP event will feature fabulous music, a shared fashion show and comedic darling JMAC as MC. Guests will be treated to Clover Hill champagne and delicate nibbles by Sweet Cheeks Desserts while they shop to their hearts’ content. Following the VIP launch, the pop up shop will be open to the public July 24th and 25th.

Set at the gorgeous, recently refurbished George Ballroom in St Kilda, Melbourne’s finest will be dressed to impressed, all set to enjoy a Parisian inspired evening, celebrating both local and international fashion. The ballroom only recently reopened and is a beautiful reminder of a bygone era.

Hosted by Hawkeye Vintage, the event will feature a stunning curated collection of fashion, from Australia’s best fashion brands such as Lady Petrova, The Eternal Headonist, Micky in the Van, Dainty & Bold and T.Serafina. As part of each brand’s commitment to supporting the community, 10% of profits from the event will be donated to Assist a Sista, an Australian charity supporting women recovering from domestic abuse.
