As part of their second collaboration with Make-A-Wish® Australia, sass & bide has created a limited edition necklace, and will be donating all sales proceeds to help make wishes come true for children with life-threatening medical conditions.
This year they're encouraging everyone to spread the word, by snapping themselves wearing the necklace & uploading to instagram, twitter... with #wishuponastar. The aim is to raise funds and awareness to help grant wishes for seriously-ill children.
After a hugely successful first collaboration, sass & bide has re-created last year’s star necklace into a sophisticated lariat-style design. The iconic sass & bide star is a symbol of creative duo Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton’s friendship, inspired by a tattoo which both designers share. Sarah-Jane Clarke commented on the partnership,‘We were overwhelmed with the success of the first necklace and felt we wanted to continue supporting this great initiative. Hearing first hand of the children’s wonderful wish experiences inspired us to design the lariat star.’
The necklace is available in silver & gold, & can be adjusted to wear as a choker.
